How do i look after my doona ? 
 Hand Wash your Silk Soul Doona in the laundry trough only,  then put on the clothes line to dry.

How do I track my order?
 

All our parcels are sent via Australia Post. Once the delivery has been organised, you will receive an email or text message with all the tracking information included.

We offer free delivery within Australia on all our products!

What is your Return Policy?
 

If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 5 year guarantee on all our Silk Soul products. Just send it back to us, and we'll do the rest.
